CONSCIOUS FLOWER

ABOUT THE WORK

Conscious Flower is a living browser-based field of grevilleas, birds, stars and drifting light. Its forms grow, migrate and reorganise in response to the visitor, creating an environment that is never encountered in exactly the same state twice.

This is a first iteration and a work in progress. The page functions as a test — a way of establishing the web dynamics of generative growth, movement and responsiveness in the browser that a more complex version of the work will require. What appears here is groundwork rather than a finished piece.
